Attractive product with seriously flawed design

Right out of the box, I fully charged the battery and then plugged in an LED desk lamp as a trial load. It ran well for 20 mins and then turned off. Repeated the trial many times after multiple setting charges with no better success. The product comes with limited instructions and no troubleshooting instructions. Online help was useless. Pretty battery with cute screen, all of which don’t work.
