Great for nostalgia but disappointing game choice.
8 of 9 found this helpful So first of all the pros. It looks like the old mega drive, it takes the old cartridges (which was a great bonus), it has a hdmi output and the controllers are wireless! Yes they need batteries, but better than having wires (although there are ports for your old mega drive pads if you have them!)
The negative for me is the game selection. The "85" games includes of 10-15 random basic games, much like the old school ones you would get on in flight entertainment 10 years ago. There are some master system games in there too. Then there are 8 different sonic games. And 4 Phantasy Syars, 3 Mortal Kombats, 3 Golden axes .... no Streets of rage, no Toejam and Earl, no Desert Strike, no Micro Machines, no Earthworm Jim ....... Its a shame, this could have been great.
