Works great but sensors are silver, not dark silver
Looks like dark silver(gunmetal) in the photo, the set I received are regular silver.

Aftermarket. Not genuine or OEM.
It's a good quality mirror but definitely aftermarket, not OE/OEM part. heated mirror connector does not work with 2008 X5 wiring harness. Modification will be required.
