    L I want to make it very clear that the item I received was NOT the same as the one shown in the listing photos. The serial number on the device didn’t match the one in the pictures or the description. This is a blatant case of false advertising. When I requested a refund, the seller tried to hide behind their "No Return/Refund" policy and outright refused to refund me. After a month of frustration, eBay finally stepped in and helped me get my money back. Big thanks to eBay for their support.

    The item was exactly the same as described. The buyer is hypocritical & lair to a level of bright day thief. There was no obvious reason of return with 100% full functionality of the item. In order to return this rubbish professional thief twisted everything to generate a reason of return. Finally, returned the item after months which is never resell-able and in worse condition. To the best of my experience with rubbish, I would recommend him for to be ban on eBay. Just gave me damage and stress
