  I have repeatedly emphasized the model twice, but they still sent the wrong one, and 2/3 of the price will be deducted for the return... The other company I asked later gave him the model number and sent me the product link, and the price was cheaper than theirs.

  the model that was ordered was sent... when someone asks to make sure the model is correct, it prompts myself look over the product description to make sure that the product SKU aligned with the product brief - of which it did.. if someone orders the incorrect lamp we cant be held liable.. although i did try and call once it was freighted to discuss the best way forward - no return call came back..
