  Upon arrival the CPU fan dislodge from the computer chassis and was loose within the box. The motherboard was damaged do the CPU fan becoming dislodged, also the brackets holding the CPU fan to the motherboard were broken off during shipping and the pins connecting the CPU fan to the Motherboard were also damaged as a result. Based on the above there no way to reinstall the CPU fan to the motherboard and make the PC operational. Seller has excepted the return, but has not issued a return label a
