Great bike stand with great features
The bike stand is lightweight and sturdy, stable enough to do maintenance on the bike and gear indexing.
It is also great for holing the bike when washing it and removing the rear wheel as it holds on the chain stay.
I like it much better than the other stand that holds on the rear quick-release skewer.
The inside of the stand where the chain stay sits are padded with soft rubber. Also, the width is adjustable to a certain extent to accommodate different bikes' sizes.
I mainly use it as a stand for my race road bike (700c) and it is so easy to just rest the bike on it and feel it is safely standing. I haven't tried it on my 29er but I would doubt it would lift it enough for the wheel to spin; it could possibly hold the bike but not for maintenance or gear indexing.
Much better quality of the tubing, plastic and assembly compared to other cheaper alternative (the ones that hold the rear skewer).
Great product. Would buy it again for sure if I needed more stands.
