  Poor seller communication, description doesn't say "assemby required", inaccurate instructions for different model, missing components. My order was delivered without any of the hardware. I messaged seller straight away and waiting 1.5 days without response. I found the phone number online and called, and clarified what was missing. The seller sent a pack of hardware, but it was still missing the 8 tie down points so I messaged again with a screenshot. Never received a response.
