Great replacement at 1/2 the price of other brands.
1997 Mercury Mountaineer 5.0 AWD. Chasing a speed sensitive vibration and decided to remove and inspect front driveshaft. Truck has 130k on it and is rotting away so it was no surprise that the CV boot was ripped and most of the grease was gone from the driveshaft. Ordered this kit and it was a snap to install. I personally decided to not use the supplied grease and bolts and instead used a quality synthetic bearing grease and packed the joint full. As for the bolts, I prefer the OEM hex head over the supplied allen head. It comes with a smooth band style clamp which requires a special winding tool to get it right but you may even be able to use a small hose clamp in a pinch.

Just what I needed for aftermarket forend
A long time ago I bought a Spec Ops style stock and forend for my Mossberg 500. The forend was designed for the long slide tube, I have the short. The threads did not come through the forend in order to screw the nut on. This was all about a $100 waste that was collecting dust until I found this extended slide tube nut. I did still have to ream the forend a tiny bit in order for the nut to slide in but that was fairly easy.

Exactly what I needed
Never knew you could buy these separate. I would always buy a cheap wallet to just get the inserts for my old trusty wallet. I've had my wallet for about 15 years and it is still in great shape. Just the card holder insert never lasts long. So glad I found this! An old wallet is like an old broken in pair of jeans. Nothing will ever be as good.
