Bad range/connection issue/low volume.

I’ve owned about15 of these,and it’s a poor quality is sound(volume)the range is horrible,the only advantage to this is that it plays voice notes thro the head set,and the noise reduction quality isn’t good and that my friend is key to me I have a nosy wife,and she hears everything in my background.if u stay in one location quiet and don’t care that’s ok,I think it’s poor quality or misleading in comparison to those I had
