A workhorse not to be ignored
I have owned many macbook pros and so far I am very impressed with my "new to me" macbook pro. Apple needs to wake up and appreciate that there are products they produce that they should support for a longer time. My only complaint is I am not able to use the newest Sierra operating system and the computer has capabilities that exceed many that are being produced today! El Captain is the highest you can go and Apple does still provide updates for it. Some of my past macbook pros were newer and guess what? Did not outlast the one I am using to type this review. Because you aren't able to move to the newest Sierra operating system, I would imagine in a month or two maybe more this workhorse will be available for very reasonable prices, because we all know Techies love Apple and they also want to have devices with the most "up to date" operating systems. I highly recommend this model of Apple Macbook Pro and believe if you are able to find one as pampered and loved as the one I found, you will not be disappointed!

HP Star Wars Computer is out of this world AWESOME!!
This is a great computer and for the Star Wars fan, a must have! We are not gamers but do put it through its paces, and so far very impressed with its capabilities. I recommend it as a desktop replacement, the larger computers like this one really aren't the best for traveling with but it is light and well made for its size. Some reviews complain about the battery life, but how we are using it, it rarely is unplugged, so battery life is not an issue for us. The sound is great. The keyboard is a bit dark if you don't use the backlight, but back light keyboard was a must for us and we use it all the time- day or night. I have MacBook Pro and it has back light all the time, I can't imagine not having it, especially for those like us that watch TV in the dark, and love to surf the web as we watch. A I believe for the price we paid, the fact we were able to register it with HP for the full new computer 1 year manufacturer's warranty, and what we are going to use it for PLUS the Star Wars skin and extras it was worth every penny and more! I recommend that you find out the serial and product numbers of the unit you are purchasing, so you can contact HP, to find out if it has a warranty and pay the value accordingly.
