Item is popr quality, it lags horrendously when trying to use the navigation app and there is no way to connect the car radio cable. Overall the item is not fit for purpose. I was told to return and I would get a refund if the item was deemed to be "resellable". Given the unit also arrived scratched i assume it was one thay had previously been returned. The return address was in China and I had to arrange the courier so I didn't bother returning. Lesson learned. Don't buy cheap rubbish.
