My grandparents had this same book about the history of Marine, but I wanted to order my own. A few passes were highlighted, but overall in great condition. Thank you!!

Great digital camera but...
My husband bought me this camera from his "reward points" and so far I love it! I've had it for only a few weeks, and there are only a few things I wish it did differently...
First of all, I love how easy it is to work! Just point and click! I find myself carrying it everywhere with me for those precious camera moments! I've still been experimenting with the all of the modes, and for the most part, I just use the automatic point and shoot mode.
One of the modes that my husband loves is the Mega-Burst mode, where it takes 8 pictures in 1 second! We used this mode last weekend when he took out his 4-wheeler on the track in our backyard and went over a jump. With our last 2 camera's, you'd have to time just right. But with this camera I was able to get each stage of his entire jump! It was pretty exciting!
A few things I don't like is that to if I want the date on a picture, I have to add it after the fact, and then it decreases the 12.2 MP down to 3 MP! This kinda defeats the purpose of having a 12 MP camera... And then it asks if you want to delete the previous pictures or keep them. At first I deleted them until I realized that it decreased my picture quality. So that's one bummer.
The other is the focus. I am still experimenting, so it might just be me...but I was looking around with the camera, and I'd zoom in and out, and it only seemed to be focused when I was zoomed out. That was until I half pressed the picture button.
So as you can see, I'm still in the experimental stage. I'm sure if I read the manual completely, I'd have had better ideas on how to handle these situations, but I'm more of a hands-on type of learner!
But all in all, I love this camera better than any other's I've owned to-date. I also went out and purchased a packet of screen protectors right away and a mini-camera bag, so I can carry it with my anywhere anytime, and not worry about scratching or misplacing my new camera!
