Some gained knowledge
Dealer had a good price, was worth the try but I was hoping the content would be more interesting.
While it was good to understand what foods are best to bring us into the alkaline state, many of the recipes are over the top and you would need specialty foods such as spelt flours ect.... Those are expensive to just "try" a recipe. Overall,as a life time recipe book collector and cook, I probably would not recommend anyone to pay full price for it.
