  I bought and paid for this 'collection only' item weeks ago and, despite sending numerous messages asking for a collection time & address, have received no reponse what so ever. The seller has even failed to respond to eBay's request for action. eBay is full of brilliant sellers who go out of their way to deliver on their promises but also, sadly, a tiny minority who behave dishonestly and go out of their way to wreck trust in the platform. Sadly, this seller forms one of that tiny minority.

  I've since heard from the seller (yesterday) and it turns out there was very good reason why they were unable to respond to my messages about collection of the item I'd purchased. I WOULD NOW REMOVE MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF I WERE ABLE TO.
