Decent product
Very durable and thick plastic. Great for toddlers to learn on. I didn't even realize when I bought it that it was also a golf set, so that was a nice touch.

This should have been the Chase. Glad it's not.
Sometimes Funko puzzles me with the variations they choose for Chases. I got the Chase randomly in the mail from Pop in a Box and was disappointed. How can you have the dilophosaurus without his killer flare-up scene? This one is way better. Glad he's common. ;)

Crappy Graphics/Good Story
2 of 4 found this helpful I purchased Final Fantasy VII mainly because I would love to see the "Final Fantasy: Advent Children" movie with some semblance of plot beforehand, but also because I had seen it voted multiple times as the "best game of all time" from various sources. I also have a very deep-seated love for Sephiroth and my admiration for Cloud is growing. I discovered these adorations while playing Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.
Sitting down to play Final Fantasy VII, I'll admit, I felt just as I usually feel when reading a book that turns out to change the way I look at the world: bored. But when I suffered through it and pushed on, knowing the story would get better, it became the good book.
Final Fantasy VII was the first game to break people's hearts and it easy to understand why. This does not only happen once, depending on your degree of video game story sensitivity. I will admit, I have not yet beaten it, but my boyfriend is now beating it for the third time and I know some key plot points from watching. There are numerous elements that are impressively creative, such as saving a young girl with CPR or playing the piano. I am sincerely hoping they do eventually re-make this game with better graphics because, as interesting and deep as the story gets, the block-like graphics can be a bit distracting. Basically, it's the same issue with the original Resident Evil, if you have ever played that.
Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5. I know how good the story is going to get, but the graphics can be annoying, especially if you have to run the diagonal length of the screen and you can't tell, (when Cloud gets really small), if you are still actually moving or if the graphic is stuck. But for its time, it is definitely a good game. I don't think I'd rate it as the "best game of all time", though.
