  Shipping & packaging was good, it was a good value the only thing is that seller described the DVDs (Lord of The Rings trilogy extended versions) this way: Like New: An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact. They are definitely not that. In The Fellowship of the Ring; part two disc of the movie does not play & The two Towers part 1 & 2 discs of the movie skips. Return of The King is in excellent condition.

  Christy, I'm so sorry the discs didn't perform as planned. It had been some time since played yet my understanding was that they are all good. I'm happy to offer some of a refund or be sure to keep my eye out for a replacement disc, which I may have something. Please advise what would rectify the situation. Thank you for the follow up! KP
