Changed formula, no longer works

They appear to have changed the formula and it doesn't deposit red anymore, been using this product for 3 years and always been fabulous but I have now had to dye my hair dark brown to hide the faded red that I have always avoided by using this product. Gutted as my red hair was always fabulous before!
