  The wrong t shirt was sent. I notified the seller however the solution offered was not satisfactory. The seller refused to post the correct t shirt until I posted the incorrect one back which I could not do this week. I asked that the correct t shirt be posted in time to reach me by the weekend and that a return envelope be sent with it. The seller refused. Poor customer service and understanding.

  Upon notification of the incorrect polo shirt we asked for proof of postage to be sent before sending out the correct one as any seller would do. We offered to return your postage to you once it had been posted and informed that the correct one would be sent out via royal mail tracked. We are not a business that is able to provide return envelopes which is why the proof of postage was required. We have also offered a full refund which has been ignored in exchange for this review.
