Great movie, title and performances...Highly recommend
3 of 4 found this helpful I have watched this movie countless times and probably will continue to do so, especially on the days where I don't feel like I deserve life, love, happiness or even someone to share my life with. As a child, I was diagnosed with a painful cripping illness, one that is life changing, a physically and emotionally challenging disease that only gets worse as the years pass by. Coming to terms with the fact that I have to live with a chronic illness, the severe chronic pain associated with it and with the truth that no matter what I do or what treatments I take; I will NEVER EVER be cured will probably be the hardest thing I will ever have to accept... Thank you! I highly recommend this movie to anyone who is living with chronic pain, a chronic illness or for someone in their lives who is. The emotions in the movie are so on-point. I can't say enough. Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway played great parts and there is a comedic side to it as well, it's a wonderful and emotional movie. However on a serious side note--there is a lot of nudity and mature adult sex scenes in this film....not recommended for kids/pre-teens or younger adults.
