Cheap knock off.
1 of 1 found this helpful I am not sure why the charms are called "European" because they are cheap plated metal and plastic most likely from Asia. The description is very deceiving.

Review
It was tight in the chest (made for someone with a b cup). The body was the right size maybe a little big. It is really pretty but the material is a bit flimsy compared to other brands that have similar styles.
