He went above and beyond to help me and despite the dreadful service from Evri this absolutely was not the sellers fault and he kindly posted my item promptly despite being a collection item and made every effort to get the issue with Evri resolved.   Bought a hardback book and seller posted it in a postage bag by itself without any peotection. Item arrived damaged so contacted the seller, he refused to take responsibility for it and said that there was no way of knowing if it had been damaged in transit or if I had done it. And blamed me for not paying more to get it better packaged. Truly a disgrace as a seller. Told me he dosent accept returns so had to open a case with ebay. Seller offered a £1 refund for the damage but I decided to retu
