Runs extremely small and I’m charged $3 to return item
I ordered size large for a women’s size 8 shoe allowing extra comfort. But this is way smaller than a size large. I requested to return the item unused and they want to charge me $3 to return their item that is clearly the wrong size. I’m frustrated because im stuck with a defective item or it will cost me $3 to return it.

Too big for Pandora bracelets
It’s bigger than my other Pandora style charms. It’s bulky and does not compliment the other charms. It’s a pretty charm and would be fine by itself, I’d like to return it, but too much hassle for a $6 item. It’s the snowflake to the left in the picture compared to my biggest charm next to it
