Provides great relief for my lower back pain
I have had constant back pain for 20yrs and I find that the hotteez heat pads are great while on the move, for when travelling by plane and also to get a restful sleep as I sleep on my side. They always last at least 8hrs. They are easy enough to have in the car or in your bag just in case. My tip if you need to wear the heat pad higher up I would use strapping tape (easily found in chemist for strapping an ankle). I use the tape to secure each edge to my skin with the sticky side out. Even use a tissue to cover the sticky side so it doesn't catch on clothing or for instance on the ankle or knee and there is no material to hold it in place let alone get caught on.
Also, definitely lovely in winter for those aches and pains. I highly recommend to add these to your different pain treatment options or just to warm up in the winter.
