Excellent read!
Blake Morrison doesn’t disappoint with this tale of suspicion, which keeps you guessing throughout. After being asked to be the executor for his poet friend, Matt discovers hidden poems which reveal a disturbing side to his lifelong friend, Rob. The poems are the genius of the book and, in turn, of Morrison himself. This is the most enjoyable novel I’ve read for a long time.

Compelling reading
Disturbing at times in his honesty, Morrison forces you to question events in your own childhood in an attempt to understand the motive of the crime. A challenging but worthy read.
