Best Leg Book Out There
I used this book years ago when I was in college, it worked then and it still works. I lost 1 1/2 inches on my thighs in 4 weeks. I love the exercises and the log that goes with it. A must have for the serious thigh thinner.

Super Read
Excellent read. A can't put it down. I love the way his books take place over a 24 hour time frame. The characters are great. He leaves you guessing the whole time.

Food Diary
I love the size of the book, I keep it in my purse which makes it so convenient. Keeping track of those calories is easy with this diary. It is amazing how many calories you consume that you weren't aware of, this really makes you pay attention to what you eat. And helps you lose weight just by cutting the calories.
