Good product, poor refurbishment.
Good product, but the refurbished one I bought completely died after only 5 months. Would not recommend buying refurbished. The battery seemed to have issues before that (one head piece charging less than the other) and one day out of the blue it just got really hot when charging and stopped working altogether.
