Toyota Corolla 16” Factory Hubcaps

Picture does not show the dirt and corrosion on the hubcap.

The hubcap is very dirty. It does not show up on the photo at all. I have tried to clean it up, but it does not clean up at all. I am going to have to have it refurbished to look clean like my other hubcaps, which includes painting it which is going to cost me more money.
