Works Great and Looks Sharp!
I had wanted a slide rule bezel watch for a while now. I had considered the Seiko Flightmaster, but it was always a bit too expensive for me. This Casio is a very affordable alternative. Although it doesn't have screw down pushers and crown or an alarm, its slide rule bezel and chronograph work very well (which is all I really needed). Additionally, the fact that the Casio EF527D-1AV has an internal slide rule bezel moved by a turning crown at the 8 o'clock position makes this watch both unique and cool looking. The watch is substantial, yet comfortable and runs accurately. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Rugged good looks and value.
I've been drawn to the Timex Expedition line for their durability, value, and reliability. Timex has once again given us a fantastic watch at a great price point. The dark dial looks beautiful behind the very clear mineral crystal. The white hour and minute hands offset against the black dial makes it easily readable. The calendar window is framed which gives the watch a much more finished look. All that and the incredible Indiglo feature, which (IMHO) is one of the greatest watch advancements ever, makes this watch a winner.
