Great pressure canner
3 of 3 found this helpful Used it today to pressur can 7 quarts of cubed pumpkin. First time using a pressure canner with weights. Followed the instruction manual, everything worked perfectly. Used it on a glass top stove, pressure canner didn't rock on the surface, and it was able to keep pressure the entire 90 minutes with the burner heat just below medium. Very happy with the first time using it.
