The whole experience from beginning to end was faultless. Sarah (sales associate) at the music centre was my contact point and v.helpful in securing the specific delivery time I needed! The instrument was all I hoped it might be and plays beautifully. As a classical guitarist, I was stunned at the tonal palette and volume from this guitar. It compares very favourably with my handmade classical guitars. It looks superb too! 5 stars all round!
