Excellent book I really enjoyed reading it. :D

I bought this book to inform myself and family about Juice Fasting, since I was considering in starting a fast soon. For them is was like not eating and for me it was a great option, to start or reset my system. After speaking to a couple of doctors I decided that I wanted to do it, to solve various health factors; like my Hypothyroidism, rising high blood pressure, Cholesterol, Tlyglicerides, and other risk factor. I also wanted to lose weight and after trying several options, I felt like I had to commit myself into doing my first fast. I want to lose cloth sizes, lose weight, learn to re-love myself, and most importantly recover my health. Yesterday I was going to attend an event but the outfit that I had design for it. Wouldn't fit, that's when I finally decided to start a fast and apply all of the things learned in this book. I really loved this book, it is very interesting and educational. I don't regret buying it I have tried a couple of recipes and they definitely tasty. So if you are looking for a change in your lifestyle, or to implement more healthy food to your life. I would recommend using this book, a good tip you can blend use and extractor and it will work just as great. :D
