Works but not real well.

It does remove cement but not very well. It takes multiple applications to remove even a thin layer (thickness of a piece of paper). I recently bought a piece of equipment form a local cement manufacturer and I’m trying to clean it up. I bought this hopping to avoid sandblasting the cement off, looks like I’m going to be sandblasting. Even tried using it undiluted on a couple small spots, left it set for an hour, nothing. Does a little better job on plastic parts.
