Shoes arrived w/ surface peeling off. I offered to keep them if the seller would give a discount on another purchase, they declined, but offered me a 50% refund to keep the shoes. I agreed but then the seller quit responding & added me to their blocked buyers list.
I sent the shoes back & got a full refund is the only reason I'm not leaving negative feedback.
I did nothing wrong, was polite & cooperative, but you ignore + block me?
That's no way to treat ppl.

The outer box was absolutely filthy and not professionally presented. It would have taken 2 seconds to wipe it clean. Item sent was not what was pictured. The lace holders were yellow which was not shown or disclosed on the listing. There was some kind of white stuff on the soles and toe that also wasn't shown or disclosed on the listing. Seller was very responsive to the complaint and advised to return the goods. For this reason, I am leaving "neutral" feedback.
