Unit came with almost no padding or protection in the box. It was loose inside of the box. Does not work.
I thought I would purchase the unit because it was cheap. The unit does not work at all. I downloaded all the software and drivers. My PC recognizes that the unit is attached. When I attempt to scan something, I get an error message to Release the lock switch, detach the USB cable and reconnect. I followed the instructions and no matter what position the lock switch on the bottom is in, it does not get past this error.
