Unfortunately got a lemon.
6 of 6 found this helpful The modem router was unfortunately faulty right out of the box and had issues picking up the dsl signal properly. Netgear support confirmed it was most likely a fault with the modem router and suggested I return it. Which understandably happens from time to time, it only becomes slightly more frustrating considering that this is supposed to be a premium high end product and was rather costly. Some further research showed that some other users had similar and or worse problems, but in saying that many also had good experiences. Due to my personal experience I opted to exchange for the d link Taipan. The unboxing of the taipan felt as though I had purchased a premium high end product where as the netgear did no such thing.
