Feels like a bait and switch system here. You pay return shipping, not them or settle for a partial refund. Chesspieces did not match picture and they were not wood. Refused 100% refund because otherwise I'd have to pay return shipping. Pictures for you to see of actual product. Sell those, knowing people won't pay to ship them back and make off like a Bandit. That's bait and switch for you.
