Works as expected
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are one of those unlucky ones to have an Audi or a Mercedes with an infotainment system where the carmaker stupidly "forgot" to put in bluetooth audio streaming, have no second thoughts about getting this accessory.
It's very easy to set up (just plug it in and connect to it as a new bluetooth device), and it works well with your car's bluetooth phone connection, i.e. you can still make and receive calls via the car's system - the phone connects to both at the same time and switches between them as needed.
On my 2011 Audi A4 with MMI 3G+ using iPhone on iOS 11, the full media list is displayed in the car's infotainment system, so I can switch between albums, playlists and podcasts using the car's MMI controls, leaving the phone securely in storage.
One thing I was worried about was the sound quality (I had an issue previously with WMA1000 model), but after extensive testing I found that to be excellent! Just make sure that the volume on your handset is set to maximum, or close to it. Then you can control the volume via the car.
A couple of small issues that stopped me from giving this a 5-star rating:
1. I've found there to be a slight delay when skipping tracks using the car's multimedia controls - takes a few seconds for the next track information to load, and in that interval you can't interact with the controls. So if you wish to skip several tracks at once, you need to wait a few seconds after each skip. It may only be a problem on my particular Audi MMI system.
2. Sometimes it may take a while to connect when you start up the car, however it does do it reliably. I found the startup times to vary, but they're acceptable - under 1 minute.
3. Occasionally I would hear the sound drop out for half-a-second or so. This is quite annoying, but thankfully doesn't happen too often - once or twice per drive. A sacrifice I'm prepared to make for the convenience of finally having fully-featured bluetooth music on my car's infotainment system.

Excellent
My iPhone 6 battery was consumed and barely holding charge, and Apple was asking over $120 for a replacement.
Got this for next to nothing and replaced the battery in under 30 minutes using the included tools and a video on iFixit.
Several months later the batter is still working really well! Visually it's almost identical to the original one I removed.

Does its job
Still not sure if this works long-term, but it does improve the posture while you're wearing it. It's not comfortable enough to wear all day, but a few hours each day should be ok.
