Good value with some known issues
My last Denon receiver lasted 27 years, so I have high expectations for its replacement. Buyers of this generation of receivers should know that there are issues with the front panel display not working. The fix is cheap & simple for those not afraid to open up the case and solder a fuse onto the back of the circuit board. Instructions are widely available on the internet.

Really pleased with the Surge!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought mine pre-owned fifteen months ago and am exceedingly happy with it. It is intuitive, syncs with my phone and holds a charge for several days. It monitors sleep quality, so I keep it on 24 hours a day, except for the five minutes charge it while in the shower. I bought it because it automatically senses cycling, though only after ten minutes. You can manually set it to cycling mode as well. The GPS tracker plots your route on a map visible in the fitbit app. You can also access your data at the fitbit website dashboard.
Best surprises: it has a vibrating alarm mode that made my audible alarm clock obsolete; it syncs with your phone's messaging app so you can read texts directly on the Surge screen, and best of all, it vibrates when your phone rings...great for people who turn off their ringers for meetings and then forget to turn them back on!

A 'must' have
\Server allows you to share Dymo printer of network. The device works well, but I'm annoyed you need it at all. This functionality should be built-in to every device by now.
