Is it real genuine?

It's not 57Wh, It is 53Wh. Isn't it genuine? it is little short length(width). It cause problem to assemble and I've very disappointed it. and it can't able to charge(I've include screenshot of Lenovo Vantage) it just increase time to connect charger. is it real genuine?

U need to mind It wastes over month for delivery.
