Flour remained stuck between screens
Seller was fantastic... reasonably priced, quick shipping. Unfortunately, the first time I used the sifter, quite a bit of the flour remained stuck between the screens. It was like the top screen would allow the flour in but the bottom screen wouldn't allow it all out. I had been replacing a similar one I'd had for decades so this type of sifter was not new to me. Seems they aren't made like they used to be. Not being able to get it free of flour, I ended up having to replace it after only one use. Not the seller's fault and maybe mine was an oddity but that was my experience.
