    The seller’s parent sent an email insulting me. I’m sorry I called your son a liar, but in fact he did lied to me. Before I purchased, I CLEARLY asked the seller if the item had any loose parts. He said NO, and all I got was a poor figure full of loose, wobbly joints and scratches. I was so disappointed and left a negative review. After that, the seller’s parent sent a revision mail. They said that I declined the refund offer, which I haven’t even declined. This kind of act makes eBay look bad.

    Very rude person and uncalled for behavior - this person keeps harrasing us with different accounts. We offered to have the item returned for a full refund and free shipping. (this used rare Minecraft action figure sold for 30 unopened ones sell for $250) not sure what was expected tired to make it right but this person keeps harrasing us.
