Great early section - not sure about the author's connecting the BVM with Arthur (dealt with in his excellent earlier book.
Not sure about the connection with Joseph of Arimathea, but only read the first section,
the history of early Christianity. I prefer his The Shakespeare Conspiracy, which raises
a number of valid questions concerning WS's life anddraws on a wide range of research. Really compelling.
