Seller said didn't realize it was sold and said would send out tomorrow. Well after numerous attempts to communicate if he sent. It wasn't until almost 2 weeks later that I get a notice that it was sent. It's not like this was super expensive. I left my phone number in the ad, you should have texted me. If you were paying attention you would have noticed. It is summertime, I have young kids and we are all busy. I was actually on vacation and nowhere near the item when you purchased it. I guess next time I will pack my nearly free ebay stuff and carry it in my suitcase just to please people like you! Anyway, I hope you enjoy the item!

It's good
Great for bikes that don't have any suspension. It is significantly heavier than a carbon fiber post. I ended up finding the right bracket for my seat setup and elected to use that one rather than this one that I bought.
