Great for cooking Artichokes
In the past it took 5 - 6 hours to get an Artichoke edible, now it takes 15 minutes. My wife loves this unit and best of all it works on her Induction stove and serves two people just fine.

Advantage II Flea Control
A few years ago, we switched from Frontline to Advantage, then to Advantage II for flea control on our cats. We switched because the Frontline became ineffective after a time. Now, the Advantage II is also becoming ineffective on flea control & we've had to administer more often than recommended to keep fleas under control. After the dose I purchased is finished, I plan to research and move to a different product in the hope of getting better results. This year, we have only seen good results if we use Advantage II in conjunction with and entire flea-eradication program including regular monthly whole-house carpet shampooing, application of insecticides on the lawn and garden, and bathing the cats in a medicated flea dip (have you ever tried to bathe a cat?). There MUST be a better product out there.
