Jillian Michaels - No More Trouble Zones
2 of 2 found this helpful I like that she has made the tape so you can choose which circuit you want to work on, and each circuit is roughly 5 minutes. So you can do the entire dvd which is around 40 minutes, or you can choose which circuit you want to use - triceps, hips, abs, etc. It is not an easy tape, but she works the areas and even though she goes slow, I can feel it.

Good product for smaller spaces
Great little vacuum. It is great for us because we have narrow hallways and small rooms, but it does take a little longer because the motorhead is only 9" and the hose length is short as is the cord length too and you do have to empty the dirt container more, but the motorhead is great for carpet and the hard floor tool is awesome for all the pergo flooring I have. It does take a little longer to vacuum because of the smaller head, but for smaller spaces or tighter spaces this is great. It is great for vacuuming carpeted stairs and upholstery with the motorhead.
