For the budget minded shop

Powerful tool for the money. Definitely NOT for a noob.This is manufactured Bosch.
My previous scanner was made by Auto X-ray. I used this for years...And it still works but won't scan after 2005. Auto X-ray was acquired by SPX around 2003 or 2004. Bosche recently acquired SPX, so after doing my research I thought this Actron unit would be a great buy. This scanner is awesome. I paid a third of what my previous scanner cost and it covers all obd1 and obd 2 to 2014 including PCM, ECM, ABS, and SRS along with code connect to help solve the MIL , SES, CEL issues without going to research codes. All in the palm of your hand...And it is updatable as well.
What a deal. I waited before I reviewed so I could put it through its paces. This will be very helpful

Impressed with product
Locally a headset with bolts would have run around 270.00. This set was a little over $48 and included ALL gaskets, and o-rings, a large tube of high temp, grey RTV sealer, AND it also included new TTY bolts. With the money I saved I was able to purchase new plugs, new drive belt, new tensioner, 2 gals of dexcool, and and oil change w/filter. I was impressed with the overall quality of the gaskets. They looked and felt as good as the OE gaskets. I've been a shop owner for 35 years. It's tough being a small business owner and try to be competitive. I was pleased with the purchase and will let you know that the repair went perfectly. I waited on the review til AFTER the vehicle was put into service. I will definitely be buying more of this product.
