Seller is very deserving. Items arrived damaged (sent pictures to seller). Metal was also corroded on three of four caps. Seller argued that they could not be damaged nor corroded since the caps were made of strong plastic. "Strong" plastic backing...TRUE, Face of caps...pressed aluminum. So, the seller obviously did not know the product they were selling/sending, then argued with buyer about it. Tried to offer 'partial' refund, worst of all...saying they were skeptical (pictures!!!). smh

I refunded in full. was not aware of any issues or i would have pulled the ad. i have a +1000 feedback with over 20 years of business with ebay. never had any feedback like this..

Yes...refunded in full AFTER I denied the "partial" refund offer for items that I could not use, at no fault of my own. Nothing in the response changes what transpired. The issue was that the seller effectively accused me of lying, not that I received a refund or not. I have also been with eBay for 20+ years. Feedback stands.
