    I purchased from this seller after the seller accepted my offer. After waiting 6 days for my purchased items to be posted the seller still had not posted the items. I messaged the seller asking when I could expect my items to be posted on the sixth day since purchasing the items. It is now 14 days since purchasing the items and the seller has made absolutely no attempt to post the items neither has the seller responded to any messages.

    Item was as ordered but missing remote. Shipping was slow. Seller appeared to try and avoid sending remote stating it had been packed. Upon disputing this and having to follow up finally 'found' the remote. Communications were poor verging on being ghosted. Shipping was slow on both portions of order. Remote finally arrived today. This has been the worst transaction and communication I have experienced in all my years on eBay. I was left feeling anxious throughout my dealings with this seller.

    Frustrated with lack of communication from seller. Had no response to messages. Item did arrive thankfully but had zero communication from seller. Skeptical about future purchases from this account. In terms of blu ray, disc's were a mess. Thankfully cleaned up nicely but really felt like overall this experience wasn't the best. Advice to seller, please communicate in future.
