fun but with some anoyances.
Items are fun but some complaints I have are that when I am trying for bonus points, I don't want to have the description of what I'm trying to find, just the item name, they fail miserably at trying to be clever and witty in describing what items to find, and they are quite inconsistent. On one screen they might tell you to find 4 tools, yet a screw driver doesn't count as one of them, then on another board they tell you to find 2 fish, one of them being a shark and another being a dolphin. Also it is very annoying when you find the right item but it doesn't accept it unless you click right on it like a hanger or a wish bone, there is very little to click on, they need to expand the area inside and immediately around the item to accept it. I hate losing my bonus because I missed the item by a fraction of a millimeter. They could also use some different ambient sounds for different screens instead of the same one over and over again.

same ol same ol, only with a new twist
So we have the imperial order trampling over the world here while Richard and Kahlan play hide and seek in this the 9th book of the series. Lets see, where have we seen this plot before? only in half of the series. The other half has either Richard or Kahlan very sick or injured and must spend the entire book finding a way to cure him/her while the imperial order tramples over the world. Granted this book has perhaps the best twist, but I'd like to either see this series end or at least have the next book with Richard, Kahlan,Zed and the others strike a serious blow to the order. Right now it doesn't look like theres much of the world left to save. I do like the fact that Mr. Goodkind has cut down on his senseless brutality over the last couple of books. Thats the main reason Im continuing reading the series.

Less exciting then the home shopping network.
Hear this Mr. Jordan, I'm not going to contribute to helping line your pocket with gold while you keep milking this series out with absolutely nothing to say other then about 5 chapters worth of one of the main characters head ache, about 2 chapters on how each servant in the white tower is dressed, another chapter worth of describing the tea stains on the servants gowns...get the picture? bla bla bla bla bla. Some description is necessary, but Jordan has about 3 paragraphs of description in between everytime a person responds to another in a conversation. "Hello, how are you?" bla bla bla.... (for 3 paragraphs)then finally "Im fine". Im also fed up with his narrating. Jordan goes nowhere with any of the characters in this book. you can basically skip this book and not miss a beat. I would however suggest chapter 21 and about the last 2 or 3 pages, other then that the most exciting thing about the rest of the book is how the aes sedie all over the world respond to the amount of sadir that was used at the end of the previous book and are worried that the forsaken are up to something. This book makes the home shopping network seem like Indiana Jones. I woul'dnt even rate this book with a 1 star except you can't go lower. Im reading the rest of the series from the library and won't even do that if he puts out another book like this one.
